Tongcheng Wanfang Paper & Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd.
As a high-tech enterprise, Tongcheng Wanfang Paper & Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd. is located in Tongcheng, a famous historical and cultural city. The company is situated in East China Plastics City, Xindu Town, one of China's four major hometowns of plastics. Founded in March 2003 with a registered capital of 26.8 million yuan, the company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of outer packaging for food, daily chemicals, electronics, seeds and other products, as well as paper and plastic films for automatic packaging. We provide customers with complete one-stop solutions from design and plate making to finished packaging, together with personalized customized services.
In 2017, the company introduced one set of Italian Nordmeccanica solventless laminating machine and one Taide 400m high-speed slitting machine.
In 2018, we purchased one Weinan Sanli 10-color electronic shaft printing machine and one Yueyang eight-side sealing machine.
In 2019, a 3,800-square-meter dust-free workshop was newly built and put into operation, equipped with one Weinan Sanli 9-color electronic shaft printing machine and one 300m dry-type solventless integrated machine. Advanced equipment has laid a solid hardware foundation for stable product quality.
In recent years, the company has increased investment in new technology research and development, and now holds more than 10 invention patents and utility model patents. We can produce high-end functional packaging products, including high-barrier high-temperature retort anti-discoloration food bags, high-temperature easy-tear retort films, 135℃ resistant stand-up pouches and other premium products.
After the pandemic, the company has adopted a green production model. We have added high-speed equipment including high-speed three-side sealing bag making machines, 300m-per-minute high-speed slitting machines, automatic bag arranging robots and fully automatic eight-side sealed square bottom bag machines. By upgrading production processes and intelligent manufacturing technology, we effectively improve production efficiency and product quality of plastic packaging, while reducing production costs.
In the second half of 2022, a 400kW photovoltaic power generation system was installed. At the end of 2023, the RTO organic waste gas treatment project was approved and officially put into operation in October 2024. It has replaced the outdated photo-oxygen activated carbon waste gas treatment equipment, greatly cutting exhaust emissions during production.
